Wanderback Whiskey Co. began with a simple conviction: that the best whiskey doesn't just come from a place — it comes from a relationship with that place. Nestled along Neal Creek Road in Hood River, our distillery draws from the same glacial springs that carve through the Cascade foothills.
Every batch is a small one. We let the Oregon climate dictate the pace, not the other way around. Our grains are sourced from Pacific Northwest farms, our oak barrels are hand-selected from cooperages across the country, and every pour tells the story of this valley — its seasons, its storms, its quiet moments.
We don't rush. We don't cut corners. We wander back to what matters: time, water, grain, and wood — working together until something worth sharing emerges.

Straight Bourbon
Aged 4 years in newly charred white oak. Notes of toasted vanilla, wild honey, and a whisper of Cascade pine. Smooth finish with lingering warmth.
Rye Whiskey
70% rye, aged 3 years in ex-bourbon barrels. Bold spice upfront, drying oak mid-palate, and a clean, peppery finish that lingers.
Single Barrel Bourbon
Hand-selected from our private warehouse. Each bottle is numbered. Rich dark fruit, smoked maple, and a long, cedar-kissed finish.
